We understand many people feel nervous about consulting solicitors. That could be because there is some distressing matter about which they need advice. It might be because they are worried about the costs. Possibly the thought of visiting a lawyer’s office is a little intimidating.
We are friendly and approachable and will always do our best to explain how your matter is progressing and the legal issues involved. We do not want to waste a client’s time. If we don’t have the expertise to deal with a particular matter we will say so. If we cannot help we will try to put you in contact with a specialist who can assist you.
We understand that clients need to budget. Therefore, for many of the areas in which we deal, for example wills, trusts and conveyancing we will provide a price list which tells you what a particular service will cost so that there will be no surprises. In every matter we will provide a written estimate.
